UC Davis C-STEM Center Receives NSF Grant

The UC Davis C-STEM Center has received a grant of $300,000 from the National Science Foundation to study collaborative mathematics learning with robots. UC Davis Announces the C-STEM Day on April 30, 2011

The University of California, Davis announces C-STEM Day on Saturday, April 30, 2011, held at Bainer and Kemper halls on the university campus. Hosted by the UC Davis Center for Integrated Computing and STEM Education (C-STEM) and College of Engineering, the event will provide an overview of the challenges of teaching STEM subjects (science, technology, engineering, math) to K-12 students, offer insight into successful approaches to STEM instruction, and provide an opportunity for local K-12 educators to share their needs for instructional support and successful experiences.
